Jay's Vending Ohio is a new business formed 9/19/25. We are a private owned company and LLC, we take vending seriously. Our goal is to provide business and industry vending machines for all their needs. Drinks, snacks, and custom machines for vending purposes. We take out all the hard work, so all you have to do is keep it plugged in and earn passive income. In the state of Ohio, certain permits or licenses are required to even have or operate a machine. We do all that for you! Each year we make sure you are in business compliance with having a machine, and stock all of our machines weekly. ALL of our machines will support a card reader provided by Nayax card readers. These readers enable us for world leading tracking of sales, the machine itself, inventory, and online real time sales and statements.
Our Goal for 2025 is establishment. We are starting late in the year, and would like to begin with drinks, and scale up from there. We believe in a safe, scaling approach to keep the business and LLC alive and well for many many years, our business approach is simplified for you, and we believe doing the hard work makes your selection easier. Commonly asked questions:
- How much does a machine cost?
For you, nothing. We ship our machines to location and set them up for you for nothing, in return we sign an agreement so that all you have to do is plug it in, and earn passive income. We do the ship, the stock, and the maintenance required to keep it running. You get paid monthly per sale.
- How long does this process take?
Depending on your city, Ohio vendors are required by compliance laws to obtain a license to vend at your location. Worst case scenario is 1-2 months, with setup of machine, license, taxing on our end, and processing for ship. Again, these are things we don't worry you about we take care of this all for you. This unfortunately is not a step that can be skipped due to Ohio state laws and regulations.
- What do i do to get a machine?

- What can we put in the machines?
We can customize and curate your product needs, we will give you a detailed price guide and information based on what machine you may be needing.
- What if sales are weak, can we change products?
of course, and if sales are weak we will definitely contact you for a recommended product.
- What if i cannot make sales?
Well the machine costs you nothing, so long as it's at location and powered on, you shouldn't have any troubles.
- How can I track my sales?
After signing our agreements, we will give you a "client portal login" where you can track inventory and sales in real time. Also machine diagnostics if there are issues, we will know too.
- How often do I get paid from you?
Monthly, each month. We will either deposit or mail your earnings, we already have your numbers in real time as well.
- What if the machine breaks down?
In our terms you are given the option of machine replacement and terms reset, or the option to cancel the agreement with no issue or hassle, we will pick it up and fix it or pick it up and wish you the best, the choice is yours. No hassle.
- What if i want more than one machine?
Great! but each machine will be attached to their own agreement terms.
- What if sales are not reporting properly?
We've already thought of this. So inside our client portal is a real time tracker, and inside our machines are number trackers, so we will always know what's been reported accurately.
- How often do you stock the machines?
We set the golden standard that ALL of our machines will be stocked weekly, without exception, unless you the client were to tell us otherwise.
- What if there is theft or a break in on the machine?
All we ask, is that the location seeks to press charges of the person who broke into the machine, after that we will do our best to recover from your loss and help in the best we can at that time. If we can catch the theft, they should be held accountable for the damages, not you. We deeply respect our partners and clients and to deal with such an issue is not your burden.
Will i need to do anything to the machine? Open it, changes to things, etc?
Nope, just plug it in, keep it on. That's all you have to do. We take care of the hard work for you each week while stocking.
